Pile driving:Monitoring borehole drill using rotary boring system.Ensure required bottom level through sounding method.check the sand contend %,density,viscosity and PH of bentonite slurry after boring complete and also before concreting maintained the compliance.Maintain the full time record of boring and concreting including different types of tests.check the rebar cages including fixation of strain guage cables,base grouting pipes,sonic logging pipes,interface coring pipes,coupler setting etc.Sonic logging:Supervision the sonic logging test.Base grouting:Supervision the base grout (mixture of cement,bentonite,water and admixture etc which is injected to the bottom of piles toe)activities.Monitoring the initial cracking ,base grouting mixing,pressure at delivery pump and at base grout circuit,level of pile uplift during base grouting ,volume of grout injected etc.Skin grouting:Monitoring the skin grouting of piles.PDA test:Monitoring the PDA test of piles and find out sedimentation of piles.Static load test:Monitoring the static load test with around 50 tons(150% of design load)that was conducted with and arrangement of the reaction beams and some anchor piles.Pile cap and Pier coloum:Monitoring the installation of rebar as per shop drawing and formwork installation and after that monitored concreting.Pier cap:Supervision the all works of pier cap such as rebar installation ,formwork installation and concreting etc.Pre-stressing:Monitoring the pre-stressing works.Girder Erection:Good knowledge on I girder,T girder erection and deck slab. Also good knowledge on edge parapet and median barrier works.Movement joints:Prepare scaffolding,bottom formwork & rebar placement of movement joint slabs,concrete casting of them as per method statement.Expansion joints:Prepare & installation of expansion joints,rebar placement & concrete casting of them as per method statement.
