I work at various  desk such as......Front Desk: Create Account such as, Savings Account, FDR (MTDR-Mudarabah Term Deposit Ratio), DPS (MMDS-Mudarabah Monthly Deposit Scheme),  requisition for Cheque Book, Account Closing &  Account Transfer from home branch to remote branch as per client request.

After joining at FSIBL I learned various general banking activities which are as following1.      Account opening, Account closing, Product sells activities.2.      Provides friendly and responsive customer service by using skills of excellent customer service.3.      Building positive working relationship with existing customer for repeat business.4.      Maintain up to date knowledge about bank products and service.5.      Provide support to operation manager & Manager when needed

❖ Responsible for all civil related activities❖ Checking formwork, reinforcement and all embedded items❖ Site management and handling the work as per specification and drawing ❖ Ensuring that all step by step inspections or activities❖ Making daily report and reporting to project manager
