Core Functions:• Manage & maintain land related legal issues including,o Land Vetting & Opiniono Land Mutationo Land Purchase & Mortgage • Prepare and draft various deeds of the organization • Maintain liaison with several external stakeholders • Prepare several legal agreement MOU, Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Redemption, etc. • Filling cases on behalf of the company, Monitoring and follow up civil, criminal cases, writ, Misc case, labour court, Negotiable Instruments Act 1884 (Cheque Dishonour) related cases• Engage with AC Land, ADC Revenue, Divisional Commissionr Revenue, Vumi Appeal Board, Vumi Appeal Board full Beanch, Settlement & Vumi Tashil Offices, NBR and other stakeholders• Prepare Legal matters, GD, FIR, SOP and PolicyAchievement:• Completed land registration & mutation for 25 bigha new land • Successfully dealt with 15 cases of the organization• Maintained good liaison with external stakeholders • Completed ‘Namjari Work’ for 20 bigha land

Achievements:• Assisted in purchasing around 120 bigha land for B.P.L Housing Ltd. • Completed ‘Namjari Work’ for 115 bigha land• Successfully delivered around 100 plots after proper documentation • Dealt and succeed in around 40 cases • Drafted legal documents i.e. Contract, MOU, Power of Attorney, etc.• Prepared replies of legal notices (civil cases) • Dealt with clients regarding legal support and service
