 Supervision and monitoring of CC road, RCC Submersible roads, Village Internal Service, culverts, Bridges, Village Protection Work, Boat landing ghat etc. construction according to drawing & design including checking and assuring the quality of construction. Assist PMU to conduct Project monitoring of road and bridge works. Assist M&E Specialist to perform BME. Provide certificate to contractor for final payment after taken final measurements. Preparing analysis for implementing the work as drawing and specification. Preparing the drawing & design of above works with detail estimate. Coordination with Project director, Team leader, Deputy Team leader, XEN, DPC, UEs, consultants and stakeholders. Preparation of monthly progress report with financial activities. Conduct all sorts of training related to infrastructure with emphasis to LCS training and report to PMU.

 Monitoring and Supervision of roads, culverts, Bridges etc. construction according to drawing & design ensuring the quality of construction. Conduct baseline survey of CCRIP activities including road, bridge, culverts. Assist to MEK specialist to prepare and establish program M&E framework, for monitoring and evaluation the progress of program activites. Assist to MEK for perform BME activities. Preparing the drawing & design of above works with detail estimate. Conducting survey work for respective project. Preparation of bid documents, tender evaluation report, work order etc. Coordination with Project director, Team leader, Deputy Team leader & Pourashava Mayor. Given immediate decision about above woks as per field condition  Preparation of monthly progress report with financial activities. Conduct all sorts of training related to infrastructure with emphasis to LCS training and report to PMU.

- Ensure and check presurvey of identified cyclone shelter and killa in respective district requiring repair and construction, selection of FFW Schemes and Tube well & Latrines in WASH Program- Check the cost estimation and budgeting of all repairing and new construction works of cyclone shelters, killa, tube well and latrines.- Verify the cost estimation of FFW activities like, link roads, pond excavation, earth work, turf work and tree plantation.- Prepare activity plan, budget, schedule, tender, BOQ and different reportsin coordination with Deputy Manager - Infrastructure.-Provide technical assistance to the infrastructure Officers and IP Engineers to ensure the quality monitoring of cyclone shelter, killa RCC pipe, WASH & FFW activities.- Ensure necessary survey, assessment of different infrastructures with detail technical information and update a database for available information,- Ensure FFW, structural works and WASH activities are completed in timely manner.- Maintain coordination with district and Upazila level DC, DRRO, LGED, UNO, PIO, UP Chairman etc.- Maintain coordination and linkage with Implementing Partners, contractors,IPs, Manager - WASH, Manager - DRR and Manager- Field Operations.

- Planning, implementation and supervision/monitoring of infrastructure works including construction and repairing of cyclone shelters and killa, Food For Works & Livelihood Resilience Activities implemented in remote villages/chars of Barisal district.- Maintain a professional working relationship with all local, District and Upazila govt. counterparts, UP and other associated organizations.- Pre survey of identified Cyclone shelters and Killa in the program areas requiring repair and new construction and also selection of FFW-LRA schemes.- Cost estimation and budgeting of all repairing and new construction works of Cyclone shelters and Killa. Cost estimation of link roads, pond excavation, tree plantation, earth work and turfing etc. etc. - Assist in preparing of activity plan, budget, schedule, tender, BOQ and different reports.- Work in collaboration with CPP, local Govt., UDMC, VDMC, VDC and I-Ps in preparedness, response, rehabilitation, and mitigation activities. - Provide technical assistance to the implementing partners for ensure the quality monitoring of all infrastructure activities including FFW-LRA. Activate the cyclone shelter management committee (SMC) by providing training.- Ensure that SC, DRR, I-P staff are monitoring the infrastructural works properly and also those are being implemented as per policies/guideline.

• Over 13 years of professional experience in rural infrastructure development sector of CARE International – Bangladesh. Engineering experience include Assistant Project Officer (Infrastructure), Assistant Field Engineer.* Skill and experience gained on sustainable development for rural & urban community infrastructure development, rural earthen/Paved road network including bridge/culvert, multistory rural level buildings, rural market development with truss C.I. roofing, pave roads, bridge culverts including pre-cast and cast in situ piles, Geo-tex, CC block and RCC wave protection work etc. • Prepare detail estimate, design/drawing, and costing for earthen road, canal, Aggregate Sand roads, Bridge, Culverts, Slope protection measures, UP complex, Market and Tree plantation.• Check/review of tender documents/procedure and analyze tender based on contract bid/quotations• Effective monitoring and supervision of ongoing aggregate sand road, structure, UP complex, market and preparation of comprehensive report including necessary suggestion and recommendations regarding acceptance, rejection or modification of the schemes* • Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment regarding improvement of earthen road, AS road, Rural Market, Union Parishad Complex, and structures as well, for possible impact and suggest for mitigation measures.• Maintain functional liaison, coordination, linkage with GO, NGO, Local Elected Bodies & other local developments actors, Upazil and district officials.• Facilitated training for counterpart Engineer, NGO Officials, contractors, masons, tree plantationCaretaker & Supervisor and LEBs on construction management & tree plantation• Capable to use computer software;MS Word, MS Excel, PS Power Point, MS Access, AutoCAD, Typing Bangla & English
