1. To oversee the daily activities of the plant operation and also DCS operators in order to maintain process parameters in a modern DCS according to SOP.2. To supervise the sub-ordinate employees and maximize their performance & contribution who are involved in the production system to continually achieve production targets.3. To ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation4. Implement and coordinate HACCP and OSHE standards & objectives.5. Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.6. Day to day production planning and try to achieve maximum production with required yield and quality by effective utilization of men, machines, and materials.7. To make sure the proper usage of raw materials, power, chemicals and also prepare daily& monthly production report.8. To develop and manage production schedule to meet internal volume, cost and quality goals.9. Supervise the Chlor-Alkali plant erection & installation of process equipment and all other items of the project.10. To ensure preventive & corrective maintenance in plant equipment for achieving the monthly target. 11. To assists in the engineering, design, and implementation of process modification(s) to ensure smooth operation 12. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations to exceed customer expectations13. Work closely with China expert(BCMC) also plant supplier & higher authority to support project execution.14. Generate plants progress report for management to make production & development plans. 15. Prepare Project Status report, presentation, agendas & minutes of meeting. 16. Commissioning of various equipment & machineries of plant. 17. Work with Commissioning team to safe start-up & Operation of process plant.18. To prepare daily, monthly production and chemical consumption report and also monthly budget of the plant.

1. To maintain the process parameters in a modern PLC according to Standard Operating Procedure.2. To make sure the proper usage of raw materials (such as crude oil, chemicals, electricity etc) and also keep data of consumption.3. To supervise the sub-ordinate employees and also maximize their performance & contribution who are involved in the production system to meet the production demand.4. To create awareness on chemicals related issues amongst the personnel involved in chemical handling.5. Carry out process maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.6. To monitor all kinds of equipment and machinery to fulfill the production target.7. To make sure uninterrupted production with the help of maintenance team. 8. To ensure maximum production with best quality and also good reputation.9. Supervising the process operation to meet the production demand.10.To ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.11. Responsible for plant start-up and shutdown, when necessary. 12. Analysis, control and optimization of the full process plan.13. Analyze & develop annual Production budgets and implement them for cost control.14. Conduct annual Appraisal, set KRA/KPI and continuous follow up team to achieve KRA.15. Train and develop subordinate with consideration for complexity of production process.
