MASAR MAKKAH INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT:As a Site manager responsible for the finishing works for the PDU and Boulevard Level.* It is site based responsibility which includes project planning, project execution, preparing arranging and controlling all project resources, manpower management of the company and the sub contractor.* Set up and maintain project control system to have control on staff, subcontractors and use them for speed progress with perfect measurement and reporting.* Reporting to the General Manager* Tracking project activities, developing regular communications and maintaining good relations with the client for the smooth running of site and a very good progress.* Monitor project quality strictly ensuring it adheres to set standards.* Follow up and interact with consultants for obtaining approved drawings and method statement
