Jun 2022 - PresentNew Delhi, Delhi, India-->Responsibility: Registrar Relations/Registry Support Providers for top-level domains (TLDs).- Supporting a diverse group of top-level domains and offering support (24x7x365) to domain name Registries and Managed DNS customers for a prompt resolution of application/system problems including determining the root cause of the problem and ensuring appropriate solutions.- Working along the edge to understand internet-based applications and demonstrating expertise in TCP/IP, SFTP/Filezilla, EPP console, SSL, Bitvise SSH client, BigQuery, Atlassian Cloud JIRA SAML, Atlassian Cloud Conflence SAML, Thunderbird, Registry Admin Portals, AWS Console, Grafana, Registrar Registry protocol, XML, PostgreSQL/SQL, and Rundeck Applications.- Establishing competence in Domain Name Services (DNS) & DNSSEC to offer Registry solutions and accommodate a wide variety of policy needs for any size or type of domain i.e., Domain Management using Web-based Administration tools for both UAT and Production servers.- Ensuring improved performance through IP Subnet policies, Zone File Access, and Firewall procedures for all the domain users.- Hands-on experience with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (VPN), GlobalProtect VPN, Pentaho, Data Warehouse, and Zoom contact agent.- Regular monitoring and troubleshooting of trouble tickets/incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Salesforce which includes prioritizing the tasks based on their impact and urgency.- Promoting reliable customer support (On-Call) by keeping them apprised of the work effort being conducted to resolve their issues within service level agreements.- Consulting & Escalating issues to level 2 operations/engineering teams for quality resolution. Hands-on experience of escalating request via JIRA.- Actively contributing to a growing knowledge base that improves the effectiveness of the team and the information available to our customers.- Preparing customer and management reports as required. -
