Inspection of Raw materials like Plates, Pipes, Flanges and fittings, Gaskets, Bolt & Nuts, Welding consumable etc. as per applicable material code and client specification. Monitor the Piping installation at pipe rack to minimized error. Review the ITP, QA/QC procedures like NDT plan, PWHT testing, machine and equipments Calibration etc as per the Client's requirements or specifications and the get the approval from them. Perform the Stage wise inspection of fabrication as per ITP and approved drawing. Verified the equipment as internal assembly check, Verification of Joints Numbers, internal cleaning, marking and detail tag inspection. Co-ordination with client inspectors for inspections of Hold and Witness point Review of supplier drawings, reports, procedure & documents such as all NDT reports,

WPS, PQR, WPQ, weld map, NDE procedures, as per client specification and standard. Monitoring of all the Welding related activities (before, during and after welding) as per client approved Inspection Test Plan, Quality Control procedures, approved drawings, WPS & client specification etc. Verified the welding parameters for the welding processes such as SMAW, GTAW, MIG& SAW etc. Witness of Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) such as Ultrasonic test, Penetrant test, Magnetic Particle test, Visual and review the supplier reports. RT films interpretation and reports review as per project specification and applicable standard. Witness of Weld repair activities as per client approved WPS. Witness of visual and final dimension inspection of products as per procedure, ITP and approved drawing. Ensure the safety and efficient of worker and as followed the safety rule and regulation and always wear (PPE) personal protective equiptment.
