With an experience of more than 2+ year, in culinary world, i have learnt that cooking is the base of civilization. For me it started with a passion and now in the process of giving my life to gastronomy, learning and practicing diffrent techniques of processing food, which can comfort your palate.Recently learning and understanding Modernist Cuisine, from the book "Modernist Cuisine- the art and science" which shows how our culinary world has been changing from past decade. Along with that i am looking for a platform to practice it and make my place in this revolution.There are controversies about traditional and modernist cuisine but i believe that traditional cuisine is the base of modernist cuisine, so one as chef has to know about traditional cuisine in order to learn modernist cuisine. With this mentality i dont only want to make a career, but also want to be a change in the the field of high end cuisine, right now just a commi 2 level chef, with one of the most renowned hotel chains in the world “The Ritz Carlton" a five star Forbes property, but pushing my self forward everyday to achieve my goals. thanks.
