Managed Hard services in Ma’aden Infrastructure Co. (MIC) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which includes Maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Appliances, Plumbing, FAS, Civil & Telecom, with overall 41 staff under my supervision.• Overseeing on maintenance of HVAC system, Electrical/Appliances, Fire alarm system, Plumbing, Civil, Mechanical Equipments.• Supervises distribution of current / pending work orders.• Coordinating with the technicians for their daily work goals and progress.• Motivate & guide the technician to carry out routine, preventive and break down maintenance of equipments.• Assisted the technician to effectively manage breakdown of the equipment’s by analysing the fault and repair in shortest possible time to ensure smooth functioning of concerned department.• Assists in effectively planning, Scheduling and evaluating preventive maintenance programs.• Monitors timeliness and quality of completion repair work orders.• Worked on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to rectify the current or pending work order properly• Reported to daily pending work order to the management as per pending materials.• Evaluated the TDS of water on daily basis.• Provided the drawing layout of building like electrical, Mechanical or civil as per requirement.• Assists in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, Water treatment plant, electrical and safety systems.• Supervises the day to day operations of engineering and related departments.• Conducting and documenting facilities inspections, finding any action plans.• Preparation of monthly / Weekly & Daily PPM & Corrective maintenance reports.

Drawings for Sugar & Dairy Projects.• A keep designer of dairy & sugar mills, various materials handling equipment, Boiler House equipment in sugar industries.• Expertise in preparation of various loads, structure & power calculation for Dairy Products on ANSYS.• Extensive experience of preparation design calculation.• Extensive experience in site preparation for carrying out various errection / fabrication activities.• Ensuring adherence to various design & project related activities.• Expertise in designing various dairy & Sugar products as per M.S & AISI 304 code.• Expertise in creating Bill of materials & Costing of materials.• Expertise in to draw the flow diagram.• Should be worked in any of design & engineering domain as & when required.
