• Prepare and manage all the necessary documents for new company formation/License renewal employment visas or any other amendments.• Provide step by step guideline & support to the customers for Employment & Family Visas.• Processing all kind of applications required by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Labor, Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Health and all Free Zone Authorities and other Government related works.• Processing Travel Insurance, Medical Insurance for employees and their family members.• Processing the applications for Emirates IDs; New / Renew / Replacement or lost cards.• Ejari, E-vision, MOL and EDNRD• Processing UK, USA, Schengen and other consulates visas and documentations.• Responsible for maintaining the inflow and outflow of goods, office supplies as well as arrangements for repair and maintenance of office equipment.• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable.• Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the firm’s dealing and working.• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management• Maintain and keep a complete record of all customers, electronically as well as in hard filing system• Assist in resolving any administrative problems• Answer phone calls from customers regarding their inquiries• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers• Planning and coordinating with existing and new clients.• Interacting with customers that come in the office.• collaborating , co-ordination and link between other branches and other departments.• Making daily sales report for account department.

• Co-ordination and link between the customers and government departments.• Arranging meetings for the clients with office staff as well other govt. departments.• Creating and maintaining office documents such as, invoices, reports, data sheets. • Dealing with DMCC & other government offices for new company Setups, License renewal or any other amendments.• Creating the documents for Visa processing.• Liaise with bankers and insurers regarding financial transactions.• Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the firm’s dealing and working.
