Monitoring truck movement and ensure trip frequency4. Communicate with sales person about order delivery and unloading.5. Keep liaison with automobile maintenance work of Truck6. Maintain vehicle update documents like registration, fitness, Tax token, Insurance, Route permit and police case etc.7. Follow up VTS system work and report to the transport manager.8. Maintain accurate and on time entry all trip recording such as move in, move out, trip time calculation of vehicle in ERP9. Communication with other workshop10. Monitoring transport officer and transport supervisor duty.11. prepare monthly transport expanse report.12. Monitor all drivers, helpers and mechanics.
