• Serving as Eastern India Sales and Marketing Controller for all financial transactions related to sales/marketing• Carrying out operations pertaining to Account Reconciliation, Sales Tax Assessments, Preparation of Cash Flow, Debtors / Customer Reconciliation,• Accountable for:o Handling Bank Guarantees/Letter of Credit accounting & ensuring no exposure against BG/LCo Checking billing system and invoices issued to the customero Verifying credit & debit notes to the customer against the volume discount slabs based on sales approvalso Administering the inventory at depots and highlighting the deviations to the management• Managing expense account of Eastern Region, verification of freight bills of transporters and various service providers such as depot agencies• Computing VAT/CST Liability and ensuring timely payment of same as per due dates• Computing VAT/CST/Excise Return as per due dates• Responding to various customer queries regarding bookings / credit / debit notes• Maintaining the Regional office Expenses • Inbound and Outbound logistic procedure.• Maintaining in SAP 6.4 from material despatch from Head office to our warehouse and sales procedure to customer warehouse.• Monthly closing report and same has to be verified with Auditors.• Carrying out operations pertaining to Billing (From Order to invoicing) Account Reconciliation, Sales Tax Assessments,
