• Supervise to Accountants and allocating work as per requirement • Prepare financial Statement (Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement) • Monitor assets, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. • Review all inter-company transactions and Responsible for the compliance to taxes such as GST, TDS and deposits of PF, ESI. • Coordinate in due diligence and annual audit. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Budgets and MIS Reports for the company

Prepare Quarterly financial Statement (Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement) for a Unit (CSD-Unit) • Responsible for high volume invoice processing, query resolution and supplier statement reconciliation. • Matching vendor invoices against the receipts of Purchase Orders. • Matching, Batching & Coding of invoices. • Review all inter-company transactions and Responsible for the compliance, Calculation & Deposit of Saudi VAT. • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. • Post transactions to journals, Ledgers and other records. • Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date. • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. • Assist in month end closing with all Group units. • Provide supporting documentation for Audits. • Preparing complex Financial Analytical Reports as needed by Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

• Monitoring Full Cycle Financial Accounting, Inclusive of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Journal entry and Preparation of monthly Payroll for Employees. • Reconciling all Balance Sheet Accounts and analyzed their variance on a monthly basis. • Preparing monthly Financial Report including statement of cash flow, Corporate Balance Sheet, Statement of Operation, and Ad-hoc Report as requested. • Preparing complex Financial Analytical Reports as needed by Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group. Using Excel, Pivot Table-Look up, Charts Etc. • Meeting with Customers for Revenue Collections.
