Coordinating with buyer, supplier and documentation department – right from enquiry/costing phase to the shipment of merchandise. Preparing detailed Time & Action plan for each order and ensuring its effective implementation to avoid any causes of delay. Developing ideas, preparing development package, sample preparation, costing, order confirmation.  Handled the responsibility to ensure delivery of goods from the vendors on scheduled dates without lapses.  Analysis of current and future fashion trends based on investigation of samples provided by other reputed buyers. Monitoring production & quality issues and maintaining proper coordination with production and quality personnel. Managing and monitoring business processes and work-flows related to- Costing, Planning, Production and Delivery. Communicate with Business Partners on regular basis to discuss product issues and handle problems accordingly.

Performing complete merchandising activities associated with each buyer and meeting each of their specific requirements as per order. Formulating strategies in order to meet the sales target and shipments on time.  Follow up on confirmations and executing production as per plan.  Negotiation of new orders and generating sales Costing & pricing of the products Follow up of fabric, trims, sampling & testing.  Co ordinate with material & documentation teams

To Assist Merchandiser updating the on running status of the following: Sample development Sourcing for good Manufacturer and Suppliers of fabrics and accessories.  Material List development Fabrics and Accessories booking status. Follow-up of fabrics and accessories are in house on time. Production follow-up. Reporting to Senior Merchandiser.
