As the CEO of Matrix Design D.o.o., I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the company, which specializes in design, development, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution of apparel for various segments and categories.My core competencies include apparel sourcing and manufacturing, product and fashion merchandising, quality control and assurance, garment technology, and team leadership. I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects and contracts with global clients, such as Wal-Mart, George Clothing, and PDS Multinational, achieving significant results in terms of quality, efficiency, and profitability. I am also an ambassador of the Slovenian Business Club, where I promote and support the development and collaboration of Slovenian businesses and professionals in Bangladesh industry.
