I help my team and all other stakeholders by continuously delivering the best service possible in every step of the product development process.Some of my experiences include:- Working closely with cross functional team of domain experts, stakeholders, developers, UX designers, strategic partners and product leaders to understand the problems at hand, create the product vision and define requirements.- Designing user-centric, data-driven, value-adding products with the UX team and coming up with the mockups and prototypes.- Leading research efforts to distill clarity from ambiguity in the domain logic, creating calculation models and templates, training data teams as part of overall organizational data strategies.- Managing feature implementation, blockers and bugs in the SDLC following agile methodologies.- Preparing test plan, documents, assisting in SQA activities, ensuring that product meets the acceptance criteria.- Preparing and prioritizing backlogs, sprints and task lists for the developers.- Creating and publishing relevant content, help guides and video tutorials.- Defines product release strategies, ensuring the readiness of the various issues, scheduling releases in different environments for demo and live use which includes 20+ live releases.- Managing C-level stakeholders, domain experts and creating follow-up reports, managing expectations by understanding when releases are at risk and proactively communicating with stakeholders.- Becoming the master of the product, training the remote sales team and in-house business team on the upcoming products and release features.- Onboarding new clients and managing client issues by coordinating with the sales and customer support team.
