# Responsible to overall planning, managing, evaluating, monitoring & supervising the progress and the development of production good quality.# Inspection & Quality Control as per DOT standard of NDT activities (X-Ray, Visual Test, RTFI, DPT) and DT activities (Tensile Test, Chemical Composition Test, Burst Test) for LPG cylinders manufacturing process.# Control the day to day operations of the QC department ensuring that the quality control plan is adhered to by customer requirement.# Ensuring a clean and safety working environment, compliance with health and safety legislation for personal safety.# Monitoring and Supervising production and quality specifications as per approved design by DOT 4BA/ BW standards.#Maintain raw materials lot number, weight, thickness and quality check properly.# Inspection and Quality Control of metal forming press line, Welding, Heat treatment process, surface preparation and painting.# Establish production & Maintenance schedule according to standard operating procedure.# Ensure all company safety standards are being utilized.
