Field Coordinator, endTB Project

• Assist with the development of work plans, budgets; monitoring of work plan implementation; and monthly/quarterly reporting, as necessary.• Coordinate with district and upazilla MoH& FP staff in implementing the CTB project activities• In collaboration with the Divisional Coordinators and M&E advisor, participate in the evaluation of progress in achieving in-country technical results.• Support district partners’ data reporting efforts for CTB/Bangladesh.• Act as a liaison with CTB sub grantees and other NTP partners concerning technical matters, when appropriate.• The District coordinators will ensure the proper coordination and smooth function of social support initiatives for the DR TB patients and the DOT providers’ trough existing procedure e.g mobile banking, cash transfer.• Organize and facilitate district level TB Coordination meeting; document meeting proceedings and follow-up and update on recommendations from the meeting;• In coordination with central project staff, monitor and supervise sub-grantee performance in implementing project activities against approved work plan;• Assist and cooperate Divisional Coordinators for mobile distribution, and providing orientation and trouble shooting of DR TB DOT providers about existing mHealth system• Coordinate with the respective Civil Surgeon to ensure supply or drugs and supplies as needed to implement project activities by the sub-grantees;• Prepare field reports, supervision and monitoring reports , monthly action plans and progress reports on the planned activities and submit them to the Regional Coordinator and M&E advisor CTB Bangladesh.

Assist TB CARE II Bangladesh country project in systemic implementation of the project activities through planning, coordinating in implementation process, monitoring, evaluation and recording and reporting in the respective district.• Work closely with Respective Regional Coordinator and develop district work plans in line with the approved project work plan.• Assist, coordinate, facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities in the assigned districts and upazilas in close collaboration with the respective Civil Surgeon, UH&FPOs and partner NGOs.• Conduct training need assessment and prepare training plan in TB control activities, organize and participate in training of DOB and NGO staff, and prepare report on the training.• In coordination with regional & central project staff, assist TB CARE II partner NGOs in implementing planned activities. Monitor them and provide supportive supervision for the effective implementation.• Assist TB CARE II central and regional project personnel in the process of expansion of DOTS, laboratory service, cPMDT, PPM, ACSM and mHealth services.• Organize and facilitate district level TB coordination meeting, document meeting proceedings and follow-up and update on recommendations form the meeting.• Coordinate with the respective Civil Surgeon’s office and ensure un-interrupted supply of drugs, logistics and consumables.• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly report on supervision and monitoring visits.• Prepare monthly action plans and progress report on assigned tasks and timely submit to the supervisor.• Any other duties assigned by the TB CARE II project.
