Exercise command and control over the security team. Maintain a safe and secure environment for the factories, offices and residential houses within the Group and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures supervising the security guard force. Carry out routine operational activities of own jurisdiction as per Group security SOP. Maintain close liaison with local administration. Monitor various aspects of the assigned premises and administration to prevent possible security & safety risks. Protect the company`s assets and people from possible invasion and harm. Identify threats and inform channels in timely to receive management decisions. Arranging sudden visit with the security team in order to check the employee if situation demand. Maintain security related files &documents for management`s need. Monitor video surveillance & maintain records. Monitors warehouse facilities to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity. Ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments is complete and accurate. Coordinate with other team members such as residences, department managers and factory and warehouse supervisors to ensure that orders are being processed correctly Any other task assign by management time to time.

Implement security & safety policy of the organization. Ensure round the clock security patrol in and around the factory to avoid any irregularities. Monitoring and managing entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons. Ensure inout procedures of staff, goods, vehicles, etc. at the gate. Ensure the safety of company properties, assets and staff. Ensure proper management of the factory security team. Prepare duty roster & maintain proper discipline of the security guards. Conduct regular `Fall In` and training on security, fire & safety related activities for security guards. Handle any securityrelated issue in coordination with Factory HR. Report daily activities and any incidents to the management. Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and Departments responsibility in an emergency.

Ensuring day to day security and safety related issues of factory premises.Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security. Leading the security team independently to protect the assets and interest of the company. Maintaining effective communication system with plant heads, department heads and heads office for security issues. Issue of appointment letter and ID cards. Handling receipt of all bills, payments, and verification for the training center. Maintain petty cash & cash management of Training Center. Maintaining the security deposit register. Maintain daily attendance & leave record of training center staffs. Prepare police verification information file of new trainees. Submission of demand for clothing items for new trainees. Complete all documents for passing out the parade. Prepare and maintain all trainee’s personal file BR Assist OIC (Badda Training Center) in day to day operational activities of the center.
