Provide on-site support for solar PV system commissioning, troubleshooting, power quality site analysis, and remediation.Technical lead for solar PV advisory work, which may include, due diligence reports, site inspections, construction monitoring, yield assessments, performance reviews and site selection/feasibilityDesign of Solar power system both OFF Grid and On-Grid/Grid Tie solar power for any requirement.Technical lead supporting negotiation of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts and development of technical exhibits and other project documentsUnderstanding of solar project design and optimization tradeoffs and familiarity with current solar market, equipment suppliers, contractors, typical technical specifications, and costsSolar energy system design and layoutContribute to proposals and projects for solar resource assessments, energy production estimates, performance assessments of operating projects, siting, performance testing, feasibility studies, new technology evaluation, component modelling, conceptual design, and strategic planningAssist with solar PV design optimization for cost reduction and performance improvementDevelop detailed layouts and electrical design packages for solar PV systems that meet all contractual, code, and permitting requirementsCoordinate with civil and structural engineering teams to obtain detailed civil and structural design packages from third party vendors that meet all contractual and permitting requirementsDevelop single-line diagrams with required electrical details for solar PV systems in accordance with utility interconnection tariffs / requirements, and local authority requirements as necessaryCollaborate with Solar PV Project Engineers and Development Managers to provide project support for development, design and cost estimation activitiesDesigned and installed customized Solar PV data acquisition systems including weather station
