Current Electrical designing and drawing of residential and commercial building. Estimation, co-ordination, repairing, maintenance & verification of all types of electro-mechanical works of all projects. To ensure installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types work of substations (X-former, LT panel, HT panel, PFI plant, ATS, HT cable, LT cable) in all projects. To ensure installation, maintenance & repairing of all types of electrical channel, lighting system, power point & all other electrical works which are needed. Ability to check existing electrical systems in residential buildings of RPL and showroom of Runner group. To supervise the making & installation of MDB board, SDB board, IPS, & others small & heavy electrical equipments of the group. Supervision & maintenance of all electrical items including HVAC, lift and generator. Reporting after every project visit. BOQ (electrical) preparation for all projects. Designing of fire detection system, CCTV and PA system
