• Analyze the purchase request (Capex & Indirect Materials) from the user departments and determine & implement the appropriate method of procurement, Request for Quotation/Tender as per the organization strategies

• Responsible for the preparation and process of RFQ, Management Approval, Purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement corrective action as when it’s required by monitoring & consulting with vendors & User department

• Ensure on time procurement of Service, Indirect Materials and Capex items in full quantity by following planning & purchasing SOP in SAP environment ensuring competitive prices.
• Execute Indirect Materials and Capex items purchase planning for Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd to ensure material arrival on time for uninterrupted production while prioritizing the cost & quality advantages, lead time.
• Monitor local and imported purchase activities & Prepare reports accordingly
• Coordinate with Vendor Development and users to enhance vendor sources to ensure purchases at competitive rates.
• Communicating, negotiating and dealing with supplier’s on regular basis to develop & manage better relationships which resulting in shorter delivery lead time, better after sales service and more cost saving benefits
• Issuing RFQ, Purchase Order / other relevant works on SAP- ERP software [MM Module]

• Assist to procure the Local & Import Capital Machineries for Dhaka Factory, Chittagong Factory, Corporate Office, Jenson & Nicholson and all sales depots of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd.
• Communicating, negotiating and dealing with supplier’s on regular basis to develop & manage better relationships which resulting in shorter delivery lead time, better after sales service and more cost saving benefits
• Expanding the suppliers list in orders to purchase goods that are of high quality and low price
• Collecting procurement demands from all departments, Factories and sales depots
• Preparing purchase approval documents.
• Issuing RFQ, Purchase Order / other relevant works on SAP- ERP software [MM Module] and trouble shoot any GRN / other related problems on SAPBR
