Prepare and deliver offer letters to successful candidates, create employee profiles on HRIS ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained. 2. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating their placement in the workstation. Orientation and Presentation: 1. Conduct orientation sessions using engaging presentations to familiarize new employees with the organization`s policies, culture, and structure. Employee Appraisal: 1. Conduct an evaluation process according to job terms after the probation period/salary enhancement to ensure the optimum performers get appraised. Payroll: 1. Prepare and process the final settlement of the left-out employees and keep clean records of the payment. KPI Coordination and Analysis: 1. Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings for all Head Office and Factories departments. 2. Collect KPI data from Heads of Departments (HODs), analyze the data, and provide actionable insights. 3.
