- Import LC Opening, Document Checking & Import Bill Settlement.- Export LC Advising, Export Document Scrutiny & Collection of Local and Foreign bills.- Handling of all commercial Remittance of both inward & outward TT.- SWIFT operation.- Post import Finance accounts maintaining like- Payment Against Document (PAD) Loan Against Trust Receipt (LTR) ect.- Meet various queries from customer and satisfy them time to time.- Sale of various Products of the bank to the existing and potential customers time to time.- Analyze complex and variable issues to resolve issues and ensure team deliverables meet performance and quality expectations.- Recommend quality reviews of Trade Services and client reporting.- Contribute to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures.- Communication with various regulators for guidance and approvals.- Maintain close relationship with internal and external customers and with cross functional teams- Keep track on customer issues and close those within shortest possible time to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.- Ensure strict adherence to all the local and international regulatory instructions, circulars, guidance and relevant bank policies.- Ensure timely reporting of transactions to regulator.- Ensure timely reporting of data to other unit as a feeder unit.- Ensure Audit deliverables on time
