Current Job Responsibilities:1. Prepare annual budget & Material Requirement Planning (MRP) as per market demand.2. Conduct S&OP meeting on monthly basis to fulfill the market demand.3. Supervise & Manage all Warehouse related activities like purchase requisition preparation, material receive, storage, GRN preparation, arrange testing with QC, RM & PM dispense, finished goods receive, finished goods dispatch and related documentation as per SOP.4. Supervise and manage all toll manufacturing activities.5. Perform ABC, FSN analysis and follow First In First Out (FIFO), First Expiry First Out (FEFO), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and WHO-GMP (TRS 986, Annex-2) Guideline.6. Monitor the inventory levels like the present stock, safety stock, pipeline stock, Re-order Point (ROP) to ensure optimum stock level.7. Monitor daily national stock and ensure product supply against market requirement.8. Monitor daily warehouse cleanness, Temperature & humidity, pest control & employee attendance etc.9. Communicate with VAT department for preparing VAT Challan.10. Communicate with QC/QA department to ensure product release priority basis against the dispensing & dispatching schedule.11. Plan, implement and utilize the optimum use of warehouse space.12. Handling of rejected materials, market returned goods as per SOP.13. Ensure total quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness as per SOP.14. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.15. Review and prepare departmental SOPs.16. Supervise & train department personnel, providing guidance & support as needed.17. Prepare various kinds of reports & share it with Management.18. Set key performance indicators (KPI) for department personnel.19. Coordinate with all departments to achieve organizational goals.20. Any other assignment given by the Management.

1. Check the Present Stock, Pipeline stock, Safety stock and prepare short list of Raw Materials, Packing Materials & Finished Goods & inform to supervisor.2. Raise Purchase Requisition of materials through in SAP-ERP Software.3. Receiving of raw & packaging materials as per SOP.4. Issue raw materials & packaging materials to production as per Reservation following FIFO/ FEFO as per SOP.5. Receive of finished goods from production Department as per SOP.6. Store of all materials as per material`s storage condition.7. Dispatch of finished goods to Dhaka sales office (DSO) and different Depot following FIFO/ FEFO.8. Check the packing list of export order & dispatch finished goods to different country.9. Check the VAT Challan after VAT preparation.10. Prepare monthly stock statement and share to Supervisor .11. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance at Warehouse.12. Ensure safety cleanliness of warehouse as per SOP.13. Verify stock in monthly basis physically with SAP-ERP software.14. Check the temperature and Humidity at Warehouse.15. Check rodent trap and update logbook.16. Monitor Safety, Health and Working Environment.17. Monitor Shifting Schedule and upload shit in SAP.18. Any other assignment given by the Management.
