-Assisting Project Manager to implementation of safety Management System at workplace - Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational safety health and environmental conditions. -Implements and maintains safety & health measures in accordance with applicable legislative requirements and site-specific Health & Safety Management System (HSMS).-Conducted regular safety and environmental inspection and apply appropriate corrective action-Familiar with all the statutory requirements and other WSH Act & Aspect Impact-Conduct safety Joint Inspection with HDB safety dept, consultants and with the project team-Periodically review of Risk assessment and Safe work Procedure and prepared Risk Assessment Legal register and review as site needed-Manage and control all the sub-contractors-To comply all relevant scope of work assigned by the Project Manager or Managing Director- Mass talk briefing and Ad-hoc inspection, safety induction and training and briefing,-Continuous improvement of the EHS System through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Management standards.-Prepared Chemical Register and Review as site concern-Inspect the site on daily basis and recommend appropriate corrective actions to the Project Manager on the corrective actions-Act as Secretary for the Site OHSE Committee Meeting and Coordinate with members on the organization of the OHSE Committee meeting-Investigate and all incident and accident cases and submit the close report to HDB and preventive and corrective action.-Handling all the Government Authority such as PUB,NEA,CAAS,POLICE AND MOM on site-Submitted Monthly safety performance report to Client and consultants-ConSASS audit report finding within the time

My Project is under HDB - this is all 1000 unit newly building project running by Chiu Teng as main con.My previous company Hyundai @JRC tunneling - and the present company CHIU TENG doing more on HDB and private project - is one of the local company in Singapore.
