Job Responsibilities are:1. To control all category merchandiser & assist, giving guide line to make sure the entire job being done on highest priority basis.2. Monitor all the merchandising activities among the team.3. To follow up all communication with customer, supplier and others department and make sure all email been replied in timely manner.4. Monitor daily production is going on as per customer priority and plan.5. Giving the right quality guideline as per customer requirement to the PD and QA team.6. To update any change on order or new forecast order to the factory General Manager to prepare necessary arrangement for production manpower as well as machinery.7. Responsible for making project wise initial budget for individual customer new orders.8. Responsible for price negotiation with customer. 9. Responsible for sourcing.10. Assist to increase the business development.

Job Responsibilities are:1. Responsible to check the quality of sample before sending the sample to customer in accordance with customer instructions and necessary parameters. 2. Responsible for making costing. 3. Making shipment planning schedule for the buyer considering to the capacity of the plant.4. Making budget for new project and control according to costing. 5. Ensured all products/new projects are engineered and developed to meet targets while ensuring that appropriate product value is maintained and shipped according to customer requirements.6. Negotiation activities to deliver intake margin targets utilizing capacity and production planning to achieve best results.7. Ensured accuracy and timelines through high-level communication and coordination with other departments.8. Report progress against agreed plans.9. Materials sourcing.10. Ensure On-time deliveries + vendor management.11. Worke with the PD, fabric, technical and quality teams when & as required.12. Planning for organizing raw materials according to shipment schedule & follow up.13. Planning of work schedule according to shipment date & accessories availability.14. Making quality Profile of new article during sample making for customer approval.15. Meeting with buyers and implement their suggestion in production.16. Follow-up the articles during production (from cutting to finishing) and solve any problem raises that time..17. Working closely with the General manager & production manager through the critical path process.

Job Responsibilities were:1. Coordination with sample dept. regarding materials for new sample development.2. Place the sample materials order and follow up.3. Approving all types of materials & accessories by checking quality & others necessary parameters.4. Follow up deadlines for developments/quotations and samples as per preorder method & report to the management.5. Responsible for Materials requisition and follow up.6. Coordination between production and plan. 7. Inform the purchase dept. time to time for the critical materials for production and follow up. 8. Update the materials receive status against requisition and follow up for balance materials. 9. Responsible to inform the purchase team if any wrong or bad quality materials come in factory.
