• Examination of an electrical installation using all available means to ascertain correct selection and proper erection of electrical equipment.• Identify installations that are covered by the Electrical Layout.• Confirm that all installations follow their required instructions and that materials and equipment are properly labelled.• Check for contamination caused by the use of foreign materials.• Verify ratings of the surrounding environment and check for enclosure markings.• Check for circuit directories for switchboards, panel boards, and similar equipment.• Wiring methods and devices Grounding and bonding Emergency standby systems and fire pump.• MEP Project Setup as per BIM and Firm Standards.• 3D Modeling of Electrical Services.• Creating Revit MEP templates.• BIM MEP workflows as per requirement.• Creating central files, Work set, Systems, View Templates & Filters.• Performing the clash detection using Revit.• MEP coordination.• Preparation of shop/installation drawings based on the coordinated model.• Preparation of service schedule as per requirements.• Ensuring the Model is done to standards and specifications.• Coordination with site engineers while working on As-builts.• Responsible for Exporting desired documents.• Sheets creation as per company standards.
