Key Achievements: Successfully implemented CSR programs across 4 states of Eastern India. Designed programs and written project proposals for various CSR like Crisil Foundation, IIFL Foundation, Samasta Microfinance etc.  Managing a diverse team of supervisee across several working locations of the organisationKey Reponsibilities: Managing CSR programmes under thematic areas of Financial Literacy & Inclusion and Sustainable Livelihood.  Designing new strategies in order to achieve programmatic goals. Leading on the development of concept notes and proposals and required program reports. Work with the leadership team to develop project budgets in line with donor guidelines. Ensure effective and timely monitoring and appropriate expenditure of project/program budgets Managing the implementation of projects to ensure timely and quality implementation. Assisting with identification of best practices and proactively support improving internal systems with an eye toward future needs and budget realities Prepare quality impact reports along with success stories.

Key Achievements: Instrumental in facilitating following:• Statewide implementation of the program for 15000 children.• New partnership development with local health institution and state-level hospitals.• Creating new improved tools for better monitoring of programs. Micro budgeted 24 million rupees for one program year. Periodically scrutinized budget variance reports of 18 NGO partners resulting almost 98% of successful implementation of planned activities.  Successfully designed capacity building workshop on ‘Monitoring and Evaluation’ for field level staffs.Key Responsibilities: Led overall health programs which included program planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure quality program delivery.  Prepared annual implementation work plan, budgets, cash flow, and fund disbursements plan for partner NGOs and urban centres. Established partnership and linkages with other health service provider or organisation. Conducted intensive field visits to partners for monitoring and hand-holding support. Reporting and Documentation.

Key Achievements: Organized training to 1500 youth, 600 parents, 150 volunteers, and 60 staff for each program year. Contextualized and designed curriculum for adolescent health programs. Designed IEC materials (Posters, Banners, Leaflets, booklets etc) for health promotion targeting youth and their caregiver.Key Responsibility: Planned target numbers of beneficiaries among the partner NGOs based on their capacity.  Monitor and reviewed training facilitated by master trainers for quality check. Designed, planned and carry out continuous promotional activities in the local community. Collected and compiled field level datas into organization’s management systems.

Key Responsibilities: Prepared local volunteer-based support in the 6 districts of West Bengal. Planned and implemented the project activities along with the field functionaries of various districts. Liaise with the government health officials like CMOH, BMOH etc. Monitoring and coordinating all the Project Activities of the organisation in various districts of West Bengal.

I was selected for a six-month Internship Programme namely Youth For Development which was a PRAVAH, a Delhi-based Youth Organisation Programme supported by Voluntary Service Overseas India. This Internship was placement based and I was placed in Ranchi with Manthan Yuva Sansthan. My role in this organisation was Reporting and Documenting the programmes of the organisation and also as support staff in implementing the program of the organisation.

It was a year-long Fellowship of ‘Thoughtshop Foundation’ supported by ‘Pravah’ New Delhi and Sir Ratan Tata Trust where I was selected to work as Youth Trainer for Community Youth Club Development Project. My Responsibilities here were:Participate in the TOT Training and Workshop organise by the Organisation.Conducting Training for Youths to involve them in the Project and also to build their capacity to undertake Social Initiative.Planning and Facilitating Fun Learnings Camps for the Youth Club Members.Preparing Reports and Feedback of the Project.Facilitating Training and Workshop with young peoples in Colleges and Schools.
