Prioritizing work based on client need. Responsible for the arrangements of the resources based on work front or load. Responsible for the total utilization of the resources to provide maximum output. Preparation & Updating of Daily progress Tracker for the monitoring of the ongoing and upcoming work orders. Preparation of technical specification and method statements. Responsible for the work order receiving from the client. Initial survey for the work order.
