• 6.5 Years of experience in Mechanical Engineering Execution, Fabrication, Erection of Pipe Line (MS, CS, DI, HDPE, RCC, UPVC).Project_1: Koraput Water Supply Project, HDPE Pipeline up to 280mm Dia, CS Pipeline up to 400mm Dia, MS Pipe up to 1500mm Dia, DI Pipeline up to 1200mm Dia, RCC Pipes up to 1600mm Dia.Project_2: Megalift Pipeline Project Responsible for the HSE safe execution of construction, by all personnel on site Familiar with IS Codes. Continuous monitoring & supervision of site activities. Prepare the Plan according to Client need. Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary. Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro test. Worked with MS, CS Pipes (100mm Diameter 1500mm Diameter) DI Pipe (Ductile Iron Pipe from 100mm Diameter to 1200mm Diameter), HDPE Pipe (High Density Polyethylene Pipe from 90mm Diameter to 280mm Diameter), RCC Pipe (Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe from 1000mm Diameter to 1600mm Diameter). Study Command map & L-section Drawing. Responsible to make gap closing details with the help of laying details. Responsible to do Gap Closing work. Responsible to do survey of pipeline with the help of Trimble & Garmin GPS. Conduct Safety mass tool box meeting. Study P&ID drawing and also Isometric Drawing. Ensure that the monthly running bill is complete. Review all the quality records and measurement sheets pertaining to the respective monthly bill Should keep track of items of work carried out in the respective month. Managing the projects, within schedule, with minimum cost and high quality standards. Responsible for smooth completions of jobs, with total safety and quality. Coordinate with client engineering & construction team for receiving work orders and execution based on their requirements. Co ordinations with Operation team & construction team for execution of the job based on priority scoring. Planning and scheduling as per client requirements. Attending meeting with client. Prioritizing work based on client need. Responsible for the arrangements of the resources based on work front or load. Responsible for the total utilization of the resources to provide maximum output. Preparation & Updating of Daily progress Tracker for the monitoring of the ongoing and upcoming work orders. Preparation of technical specification and method statements. Responsible for the work order receiving from the client. Initial survey for the work order.
