*Maintaining critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company.*Plan, develop and execute supply chain strategy of the organization in order to maximize process efficiency and effectiveness. *Inventory Analysis and Planning including budgeting of purchase functions. Develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts. *Source potential suppliers on regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders. *Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and Prepared Purchase Order. *I have strong knowledge regarding international purchase. *Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets and working to improve purchasing systems and processes. *Monitor and manage the procurement system of the organization and ensure transparent and timely procurement of production materials and other day-to-day requirements by identifying and selecting potential suppliers, soliciting, negotiating bids and awarding contracts.*Developing or implementing procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers. *Analyzing inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.*Generate both short-term and long-term material planning for multiple manufacturing plants, in line with the latest actual and future forecasts & Forecast budget for Supply Chain department monthly, quarterly and Yearly (Port fee, duty, handling, storage and distribution cost).*Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, such as supply disruptions, price fluctuations, and quality issues. Develop contingency plans to address potential risks and minimize their impact on construction projects. *Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on procurement operations and ensure executions of such SOP.

Supervise Half Yearly and Yearly Inventory process of all Store Items Stock.8. Monitor all Material's related Issues properly9. Maintain liaison with the related Department (Factory) & Head office SCM Team10. Ensure all kinds of materials GRN timely.11. Communicate with purchase department regularly for emergency materials purpose12. Ensure raw, chemical, Packaging materials supply as per production demand13. Ensure housekeeping as per GMP/TPM guideline and maintain cleanliness.14. Will perform all duties and accomplish and tasks above and beyond your primary responsibilities and daily routine, as and when assigned by Managing Director of ACI CORO Bangladesh.15. Import related tracking list update daily and weekly. (Raw, chemical & packaging items).16. Monitoring all VAT related activities such as MUSOK 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, and 9.1.17. Responsible for all SOP.

Responsible for all kind of VAT activities such as Musok 1,11,16,17,18,19,20, 26 &27. 05. Responsible for daily,weekly, monthly yearly statements.06. Responsible for all SOP.07. Maintaining of housekeeping & GMP norms and ensuring all safety practices(E.G. Work permit systems, adherence to safety rules & guidelines.)08. Responsible to monitoring of store assistants & works.09. Responsible for patty cash & all kind of conveyance bill.10. Responsible for inventory management.11. Responsible for rejection management.12. Supporting to production & maintenance, QC & HR. 13.Responsible for conducting internal Quantity Audit at the plant.

01 Dispatch Finished Goods as well as Receipt Raw materials as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).02 Physical stock checking of Finished Goods as per SOP.03 Update of SAP When Required. 04 Retest Report Submission to QC Department for Raw & Packaging Materials.05 To prepare stock adjustment memo for Raw & Packaging Materials as well as Finished Goods.06 Perform in Housekeeping of Warehouse. 07 To prepare vat Challan and report to the account department.08 Receive of Finished Goods from production.09 Maintain Vat activities (Mushok-1,11, 16, 17, 18,19 & 20).10 Submit Price declaration for Finished Products.11 Ensure FIFO and FEFO system for Finished Goods as well as Raw and Packaging Materials which are strictly followed in the Warehouse.12 Handling of Retesting, Expired & Rejected Raw & Packaging Material13 Proper Destruction of Expired Raw & Packaging Materials.
