Compensation & Benefits Management: Design and manage competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with market trends.5. Payroll & HRIS Management: Oversee salary processing, pay slip preparation, disbursement monitoring, and management of HRIS and payroll data.6. Employee Separation & Compliance: Handle employee separation processes, including final payments and maternity settlements, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.7. Employee Development: Lead employee development programs, including training needs analysis (TNA) and KPI-based performance management, to enhance skills and maintain professional standards.8. Manpower Optimization: Analyze manpower capacity, optimize utilization, and coordinate manpower requisitions to meet organizational needs.9. Performance Management: Performance management processes, rewards, recognition, confirmations, promotions, and increments.10. Disciplinary & Grievance Management: Handle disciplinary matters and grievances, provide employee counseling, and ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.11. Compliance & Audits: Engage with external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
