Working as Lead Naval Architect with competency to the following technical scopes:• Basic Design of Ships and offshore marine structures starting from GA to Detail Design & Drawings of simple barge to complex OSVs.• Leading a team comprised of Naval Architects, Project Engineers, Piping Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers to carry out full-fledged design and construction control.• Preparing Project Planning Schedule as per Building Specification including Make-Models & GA for project execution.• Maintaining Client and Classification Liaison in order to expedite proper communication during construction phases.• Design and calculation of Basic Structural Scantlings with respect to stability and weight constraints• Design and calculation of Basic Structural Scantlings with respect to stability and weight constraints.• Global and Local Structural Finite Element Analysis for various range of vessels focusing in complete hull and/or structural components like Crane foundations, deck equipment foundations, Primary, Secondary and tertiary level of Hull structures, etc. Structural analysis is carried out with ANSYS.• Liaise with production team for proper execution of design.
