• Monitoring dyeing cycle and all checking points during dyeing.• Shade Matching and continuity control.• Dyeing plan execution and ensure delivery accordingly plan.• Machine Activity and R.F.T monitoring.• Dispatch Plan Monitoring.• Order summary and Delivery report maintain• Co-Operation with Inter departmental activities.• Follow up Lab and Lab Related Works. • Production calculation of different segment of dyeing unit.• Contact with Marketing People for any short of Complexity. • Involvement on manpower handling, controlling and Recruitment related tasks.• Supervise Subordinates and Give guideline. • Ensure Worker training and awareness regarding audit requirement.• Procedure buildup for processing of bulk production to get the required color, color fastness and appearance and quality according requirement.• Monitoring on chemically restricted substances for health and environmental safety.
