Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, samplecapacity/space booking with respective manner.-Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by merchandise through the buyer forapproval purpose.-Either secures order and execute with the respective management about FCA & CPT Inco-terms.-Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer.-Advice factory on production & quality concern / team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues asefficient/experienced work responsible.-Coordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status tobuyer.-Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.-Co-ordinate with Planning Manager to determine fix delivery schedule date and sequence of implementing vessel approval. Work closely with QA to ensure acceptable final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of theproduction.-Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh multi buyer.-Review comparative statement (CS) and assist Management to select the vendors by ensuring the best purchase deal in terms ofquality & quantity of products and service level.-Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

- Product cetagories are Denim & Non-denim (Tops & Bottoms) items. - For woven - Tailoring, Casual wear for Men's & Ladies category.- Responsible for all kind of new quotations Sourcing, Merchandising ,Costing , Negotiation ,Order placement,Product development and Vendor development . -Ensuring costing, consumption,development activities, quality, required compliance status and critical path with the manufacturing partners before placing orders. -Monitoring Merchandising activities ,booking , sampling & raw materials development based on time & action plan factory concern merchant team and Top management. -Presenting the technical difficulties in the orders with logical and technical ways to get the best output for the company from the buyer. -Working closely with QA, technician, planning, production, commercial and relevant departments of the company to confirm on time delivery and smooth production line.-Monitoring the commercial team to confirm shipment booking and buyer payment . -Maintaining good communication and relationships with buyers, suppliers, team and other departments to create a smooth working arena.

-Working on development by raw material arrangement and sampling based customer’s preliminary forecast with costing and TNA. -Bulk Production Activities such as: Day to day in respect to the bulk programs, Working on the TNA's and ensure to meet the customer delivery dates. Proto/PP/Testing/Advertisement/TOP/Shipment samples, Updating the order details in the ERP system, Creating the budgets sheets for Management approvals, materials procurement both the Fabrics and Trims . -Having a clear communication with the respective supplier and commercial teams during the execution. -Working with the commercial/logistic teams to make the shipment bookings and working with factory for the FINAL FRI execution to ship the goods. -Following up on the payments from customer the goods which are shipped.

-Have a excellent work experience on Merchandising process, FOB price, shipping method, garments costing, washing process &costing, consumption making, Items sourcing & procurement, R&D, ERP/other software working system & other RMG terms. Alsoknowledge on LC ,TT, FDD, proforma & commercial Invoice, bill of exchange, Purchase order as per buyer requirement.-To procure or collect order & export those garments as per time schedule with efficient response & attitude.- Work experience on LcWaikik, jennyfer, C&A, H&M other UK & European base buyer.- Have a excellent knowledge on supply chain work process, such as Requisition, Items price, Market Price, Garment Export &Import processing terms.-To follow-up of product development in order to undertake bulk production. -Has effectively working knowledge on PI, Items booking, LC or TT / advanced, FDD /Check payment terms. Also, Knowledge nocustom`s issue & UD process for collect raw materials from Local & Foreign supplier. Excellent knowledge on FOB,CNF,EX work likeSea or Air shipping terms & freight forwarding work process.-Effective Work on post position by T&A Calendar & buyer issue update time schedule.- Follow up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.- Coordinates with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.-Ensuring final inspection & communication with freight forward for smoothly ship good by Air/Sea.-Have a excellent knowledge on "New Product Development" Section as customer reference & work order complete as per buyerrequired like sketch, BOM, Layout & visual merchandising.-Monitoring, Checking & follow up of raw materials status & finished goods in warehouse up to shipment.-Utilize market data & using strategic plan to increase company earns & reputation.

-Plan, organize, control & manage complete procurement cycle to ensure supply chain surplus.-Work experience on M & S, H & M , Mothercare, Tesco, Sainsbury, jennyfer & other UK base buyer. customer or Buyer are H&M,C&A, Alphabroder, Jennyfer , Tomtailor etc.-Developing dynamic procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.-Analyzing the market & competitors to implement effective strategy.-Communicating and negotiating with vendors to land more profitable deals.-Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.-Follow up local indent as per requirement of respective department on the basis of Lead time.-Overseeing and monitoring the RM, Refractoriness & Consumables stock position for executing optimum stock level.-Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure savings & advantageous terms.-Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.-Ensure supplier payment within agreed credit limit.-Reconcile supplier ledger & ensure balance agreed up on both sides.
