I am Md. Asiuzzaman, working as a software engineer at Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh. which allows me to work with Android and iOS platforms.Projects:SmartThings iOS: (March 2022 -present)SmartThings also known as One-App is a product used to connect and control all Samsung’ssmart home devices. As it is compatible with 100s of smart home brands, one can control all sorts of smart home gadgets in one place including Refrigerators, Smart-TV,Air Purifier, AirDresser, RobotVaccum, Hubs, Speaker, Multi-Sensors, Philips-hue, and many more IoT devices. ◦ Worked on PluginPlatform module where the request comes from users in Safari Browser and response passed to the WebKit.◦ Manage to download and upload the contents of one app’s data and also responsible for launching a device.◦ Supported new features like increasing SmartLight's brightness and sending the updated data to the cloud.◦ Writing unit test cases[XCTests] and documentation of code.◦ Onboarded new members in the module and adapted to the work culture.◦ So far completed 250+ Jira Tasks, merged 210+ PRs and Fixed 100+ issues in minimum Turn Around Time(3.6).◦ Maintained code quality(File LoC, Function LoC, Parameter Count, Cyclomatic Complexity, Static Analysis) in PluginPlatform Module.◦ Conducted sessions on MVVM and MVVM-C architecture.RingManager iOS: (July-Sept’23)SmartRing was introduced in Jan’24 which connects to the user’s app. And responsible for providing physical data including Heart Rate, Step count, and Stress in Android. Able to display Heart Rate and Stress data using BLE Service in the iOS platform. iBeacon protocol is used to awaken the app within the iBeacon range. Smart Switch(Android): (Dec 2021 - March 2022)Smart Switch lets users conveniently transfer data between devices and migrate their data to their new phones. It can move your contacts, photos, videos, messages, and more specifically saved passwords with just a few taps.◦ Able to transfer WiFi Password by the extraction of keyChain data and save to iCloud.◦ Converted Python code to Java and made the application 20 percent faster than before.◦ Wrote unit test cases and documentation of code.Mission Critical Push-To-Talk (Android): (Aug 2019 - Aug 2021)◦ UI design and implemented one-to-many conversation view chat window.◦ Implemented first-to-answer-call and floor Control using SIP protocol.◦ Analyzed logs to find the problems and resolve them.◦ Open Source verification with Audit Workbench(AWB) tool & Static analysis.A team player who loves to solve problems.
