Overall Inventory system of the total product as well as receiving & dispatching of items from Depot in terms of Accounting system. Detail responsibilities are as follows:• Managing over all distribution of a District or region.• Dealing & managing a large number of employee.• Dealing vehicle including covered van also.• At present I am responsible for distribution of Pharmaceuticals product.• Preparation of depot’s monthly budget & controlling cost as per budget.• Preparation of monthly and yearly report with our time management.• Reconciliation of the balance of depot items with the total network of Bangladesh in monthly basis.• Preparation of sales invoice in terms of cash & credit basis.• Preparation of Non Corformity product report.• Able to prepare write off statement of the damage product.

being a distribution officer i helped the sr.depot manager to operate the smooth depot operation. In this regard i was involved total depot management in every sector as a Second Man.
