Professional Chemical engineer with 15 years of experience in Ceramic, glass, and chemical industries in Bangladesh. Manufacturing plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance.Prepare production plans, sales schedules and implement the same by coordinating, supervising, guiding, monitoring and controlling all the activities in every step of production process including delivery of the finished goods.Establish and conduct quality control programs, operating procedures and control strategies to ensure consistency and adherence to standards for raw materials, products and waste products (biscuit recycling). Complete erection of the plant with foreign training for polyester chips and PET yarn, PET bottle producing. I am also Microsoft Certified Engineer. I worked on the development of Operation management in different manufacturing Industry from previous experiences.
