I have 23 years of experience as a public health specialist and manager, working at various levels, from local NGOs to national, international, USAID, and UN. My focus has been on family planning, sexual and reproductive health, maternal health, and urban health, with a particular emphasis on gender equality, social inclusion, human rights, and results-based management. I've designed, implemented, and monitored over 50 projects, ranging from small to large-scale. I have a diverse educational background in social science, public health, and health systems management and policy. I'm a leading specialist in SBCC (social and behavior change communication), advocacy, business development, and coordination in my country. I've led six SBCC campaigns, advocated for 20 policy changes, raised over US$100 million in funds, and secured three organizational coordination. I'm also committed to philanthropically giving back to society and leading two voluntary platforms: the Bangladesh Association for Social Communication and EduHealth Tortoise. Overall, I'm dedicated to improving public health and promoting social welfare, and I continue to maintain my social network to achieve these goals.
