IoTixLab is a startup developing IoT based remote sensing and automation products. Developed low power and real time hardware and firmware for River water quality monitoring systems, Wired and Wireless industrial grade data logger and data acquisition systems. Used deep-sleep low power and SPI, I2C, UART, 1-Wire, RS485, Wifi, BLE for inter-module and inter-device communication. Experience with new hardware bring-up and factory manufacturingAchieved funding from A2I.gov.bd, Department of Environment and ICT division of Bangladesh. Developed customisable hardware prototyping board which speeded up our prototyping and gave us an edge over competitors. It supports OTA firmware update, cloud connectivity through GPRS/LoRa/Wifi, In-Situ configuration management through bluetooth. Supports all the standard analog and digital sensors and actuators.Gained fast firmware delivery. Developed a bug free, fail safe solid firmware code base targeting low power remote sensing and automation. Configurable with macro and configuration file.Led to complete River Water quality monitoring project with 10% under budget. DoE was happy with using a big SMF battery in the Buoy but we replaced it with a single lithium battery. This has created great customer satisfaction.Led to develop Automated Storage and Retrieval System Robot (ASRS) full scale prototype. Designed its circuit, PCB and developed its low level firmware. Gained knowledge on SLAM, 2D LiDAR, ROS and robotic simulation.Achieved ruggedness of products by PCB board level protection for ESD and EFT and Surges according to IEC 61000-4-2/4/5 standards.

REVE Systems Ltd is an IP Telephony based company based in Singapore. Worked on firmware development and customization for ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) hardware for uClinux and uCOS-ii also developed VoIP app for iOS platform.Achieved a 20% fast software and firmware delivery. Previously they hid the core engine code from non NDA developers and gave them a fake app to add customisation code. Those codes needed to be merged by another developer to the actual code base. Developed framework with core engine to remove redundancy and compiling was also 60-70% faster. Led the team to add Video Conferencing, Media Sharing and Location sharing with the existing messaging app. Achieved increase of valuation of customization order by 50%. I was awarded a Car after this.

Customised uClinux kernel distribution to get custom OS images enabling ALSA audio and developed firmware for uClinux embedded systems in C/C++. Customised uC/OS-ii OS based firmware for third party provided ATA devices. Got experience on using MCU modules such as ADC, DAC and protocol such as SPI. Done boot loading. Developed an Adaptive Jitter buffer in place of previously used static jitter buffer. This delivered excellent voice quality and a great customer satisfaction especially in places with low speed internet.Debugged ATA for software problems in C and C++.
