Job Responsibilities:-Follow and maintain company standard of quality in according with company quality system requirement.Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers,delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project.High focus on ensuring that all aspects of the construction work is performed safely.Monitoring the progress with schedules and updating to Project manager.Knowledge of study the Isometrics & P&ID, GAD, Drawings.Knowledge of various codes and standards like ASTM, ASME ASNT API standards.Erection and installation of pipes, valves, equipments, pipe support installation, pipe route and pipe supports modification works, prepare Punch list, line checking with test packages, punch clearing, witness and prepare Hydro testing.Familiar with codes and standards related to pipes and fitting.Coordinating with QC inspectors at the time of line inspection and during hydro test.Responsible for requesting and receiving materials from contractors during the time of fabrication and installation of pipes and supports.Knowledge of classification of Pipe, Pipe Fittings, Types of Flanges, Types of Valves and Pipe Supports. Responsible for meeting the production target according to the client’s requirement.Monitoring the QA/QC Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements.Prepare the WPS according to code requirement.Supervision of all types of piping, fabrication, erection, welding and construction works.Good knowledge of visual piping & welding inspection etc.

Piping & structural works JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-•Assessing project requirementsmeasuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and enginesagreeing budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers•Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficientusing computer-aided design/modelling software•Liaising with suppliers•Undertaking relevant researchproducing and implementing designs and test procedures•Presenting designs to managers and clientstesting, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products•Writing reports and documentationproviding technical advice•Analysing and interpreting data.
