The cost proposal represents the financial application of a proposal and presents the amount of funds needed to implement the planned project along with other documents required by the donor. The role of the CPM is therefore to understand the work involved prepare, review and ensure that the cost estimation is consistent with CARE policy, donor policy and requirements of the proposal guidelines.
