• Certified Oracle Fusion HCM functional consultant with hands-on experience in designing and Configuring HR business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud application.• Experience in Setup and Configuration of Enterprise and Workforce Structures.• Hands-on experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Core HR, Talent Management, Goal Management,Performance Management, Profile Management and Succession Planning• Experience in implementing end to end Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and extensively worked onSetup of ORG Tree, Candidate Selection Process & Job application Flow and Setup Question & Questionnaire and Configuration of Career Site etc.• Able to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements.• Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in projects within work groups and acrossorganizations.• Good functional background on HCM business process mapping, gap analysis, functionalspecifications, set ups, personalization, User manual preparation and training.• Hands on experience in identifying business requirements and mapping them to Oracle Cloud Application functionality.
