I am Working as Tender Executive Around 5 years of various experience in the field of Online and Offline BID /RFI/RFP/RFQ submission to customer /Bid Owners along with Queries /Clarifications responses abiding Tender process guidelines. Working on e-GP portal, Tender preparation, Tender submission, e-tendering, tender filling &vendor registration preparing documents for tenders. Contribution in cost and price calculations. Performing End to End Tender Management during all Online and Offline participations. Performing WIN analysis for all Tender participations. Coordination with Tendering authority on all Tender schedules along with EMD return receipt post BID Evaluation and accordingly their closure in our financial books through finance. Order receipt and acknowledgment to the customer, including verification that all required order information is correct.  Working in Roads & High ways projects/Water Development Project/Various Government Projects right from the receipt of inquiry until execution and payment. taking care of all commercial activities and queries of the customers. Coordination with OEMs and customers. preparing tenders up till submission and execution. looking after all types of documentation related to tenders either technical or commercial. heading a team in tendering & commercial department.  Reviewing Technical Specifications from Customers and understanding customer needs and requirements. Accordingly, Resolving Technical and Commercial queries of customers over phone or email. Commercial processes for quoting, order receiving, order review and processing, and order entry. Coordination with procuring entity for release Tender security, Performance security.
