Senior Associate, Key Account Management, Courier Operations
CurrentResponsibilities as a Key Account Manager:1. Client Relationship Management:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements, address issues, and provide updates on services.• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.2. Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Pathao's services to key accounts.• Work to increase revenue generated from key accounts through strategic initiatives.• Implement strategies to retain and renew contracts with key clients.3. Performance Analysis and Improvement:• Monitor client satisfaction and usage of Pathao's services, taking corrective actions as needed.• Analyze data related to key accounts' performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.• Make recommendations based on data insights to enhance account relationships.4. Reporting and Collaboration:• Prepare regular reports on key account status, including revenue, satisfaction levels, and opportunities/issues.• Collaborate with other departments such as Issue Resolution, Operations, Legal and Tech team to ensure successful service delivery to key accounts.5. Contract Management:• Manage contracts, agreements, and SLAs with key accounts.• Ensure adherence to contract terms and facilitate effective renewals.6. Industry Awareness and Compliance:• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs.• Ensure all interactions with key accounts comply with company policies and ethical standards.7. Problem Solving and Record Keeping:• Address challenges or issues that arise in managing key accounts.• Maintain organized records of key account activities, communications, and agreements.8. Presentation and Communication:• Prepare and deliver presentations to key account clients as needed to convey updates or strategic proposals.
