Involved in creation of Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases for carrying out System Integration Testing and Regression Testing at various stages in the SDLC.Discussing preliminary stages of the project with the core team, project managers and clients. Coordinating with the developers and discussing the technical problems, reporting bugs and supporting the team in rectifying issues.Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the client.Designing and executing Test Plans and performing Gap Analysis to ensure the business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled.Involved in both the Linear Sequential Model and Iterative Model.Updating project manager regularly about the progress of testing activities.Ensuring that all test related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.

o Understanding and Analysing the Requirements from the client.o Prepare Software QA Test Plan. o Estimate and review QA efforts as part of the overall development effort.o Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.o Develop and implement test strategies.o Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / QA Lead.o Assign task to other QA Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.o Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes and procedures for testing is established as per standards defined by the organization.o Review various reports prepared by QA Engineers.o Check / Review QA artifacts.o Check for timely delivery of different milestones.o Escalate the issues in the application to the Client.o Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client.o Identify Training requirements and forward it to the Project Manager/QA Leado Keep track of the new requirements from the Project.o Documenting Test Scenarios, Test Cases for module, integration and system testing.o Preparing Test Data for the test cases and creating Test Environment to execute the test cases.o Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.o Reporting and verifying the bugs through JIRA / Trac.o Report test results to the stakeholders.o Preparing Test Summary Reports.
