Design, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 25KV OHE Overhead Equipment for Railway Electrification. The design work involves selection of structure and foundation for OHE as per the wind pressure zone and soil characteristics of the region. Preparation of Power Supply and Sectioning Diagrams, OHE Layout Plans, Cross-Section drawings, Structure Erection drawings, , Station working rule diagrams etc. ETC work involves Planning, supervision and monitoring progress of work for erection and commissioning of 25KV OHE Overhead Equipment for electric traction and General lighting of station buildings, platforms etc. Preparation of EIG and CRS documents for obtaining EIG and CRS sanction for commissioning of the railway section with 25 KV traction.Preparation of estimate, technical specifications and tender documents for 25KV, 50Hz, AC OHE and General electrical works for railway projects. Projects being handled currently are 1. Hajipur-Bachhwara Doubling with Electrification, 2. Kiul-Gaya Doubling with Electrification. 3. Nabinagar Super thermal power coal siding for coal transportation 4. NewMokamah Bridge Project.

Preparation of Electrical scheme drawings and sizing calculation of AC/DC Distribution panels/boards, LT Transformers, Auxiliary Motor Control Panels, DC Batteries, Inverters, DG Sets, Grounding systems, 33KV sub-stations, Illumination systems and Public address systems etc. Selection & sizing of power, control & instrumentation cabling. Integration of various systems of hydroelectric power house installation and preparation of Power, Control & Instrumentation cable schedules. Design of cable routing and preparation of Cable Tray Layouts. Preparation of technical specifications for the above systems. Carrying out post manufacturing acceptance test & inspection for cables, motor control panels, AC/DC Distribution panels/boards, DG sets etc. Some of the hydroelectric power projects for which electrical design works done: (1) 3x15MW Nimoo Bazgo, (2) 4x11 MW Chutak, (3) 3x110 Kishanganga, (4) 2x30MW Tuirial, (5) 4x16MW Katende/DR Congo (6) 4x200MW Koldam, (7) 6x200MW Punatsanchhu-1 etc.
