Main job responsibilities involve: • Nc programming, Program checking and Scheduling for stamping dies and fixtures of outer/skin and inner panels.• 3D and 2D nc tool path program generation for Pattern making, Prefittment ,Die Profile and Fixture machining in NX-10,TEBIS-V4R3 softwares.• Nc programs for 3-axis,5-axis OKUMA,TOSHIBA,MITSUBISHI and MECOF machines.• All detailed documents preparation such as work instruction sheet/setup sheet, nc sheet, Jpg, check sheet etc for machine operator.• Develop automation nc programs for 100% utilization of CNC machines without human assistance.• Preparation of 3D surface model(machining data) for nc programming using part data in TEBIS-V4,CATIA-V5.• First Time Right(FTR) programming,checking,nc modeling.• Prepare nc sheets and release to cnc shop with first time right checking.• Preplan for model making and machining setups for all casting,steel,wooden base and pattern making.• Take initiatives to reduce programming hours and support die designer for manufacturing feasibility.• Support machine shop for problem solving and implement feedback received from shop floor.• Handling various types of modification DCR and ECN changes along with regular loads.• Find easier way for collision free programming and maintain schedule adherence to fulfill commitments by releasing programs before casting date. • Participating in QCRT meeting along with CNC and CAD engineer to solve weekly concerns.• Cost reduction in order to increase contribution by giving cost saving ideas.• Give awareness to team member for any concern in DWM meeting.• Maintain checksheets and other ISO documents.Achievements: Spot award for FIRST TIME RIGHT nc programming of cam trim dies. Spot award for TEAM LEADING at heavy load and more absenteeism condition.
