• Ensure the sourcing and procurement for all concerns of "Apex Holdings Ltd. " maintaining the "7R" and the procurement "KPI"• Ensure to develop and implement wide purchasing strategy• Lead the team members for taking challenge, enhance and standardize existing procurement practices to ensure conformity of approach, generate economies of scale and value for money• Build and develop capacity of the procurement team by utilizing strong change management techniques and focusing on people development.• Ensure value tendering process for large strategic purchases as well as other purchases.• Manage the procurement governance process, ensuring policy compliance.• Observe market trend and SWOT analysis for supplying good quality• Develop supplier database for the key commodities and services. Ensure cost savings together with a range of additional benefits including improved supplier performance, improved quality of service and total cost of performance along with risk management• Supervise timely procurement and maintain agreed SLA• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the organization’s goals.• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of procurement policy.

 Ensure procurement of required goods/production materials with expected standard quality at the right price within the lead time. Develop new sources/vendors of products to minimize procurement risk and generate competition.  Ensure saving of cost through negotiation, cost analysis, CS and others. Remain updated with the pending works, coordinate with factory people for quick resolution and drive accordingly.  Prepare regular reports on various requisition settlements, keep transparency on information & workflow Maintain one-to-one feedback with team members on regular work to reduce delays & point out learning from previous experiences. Lead the team (Head Office and Factory) for smooth operation of sourcing and procurement. Develop new policies, SOP and other innovative ideas to enhance the team performance. Conflict resolution with the team members. Capacity development for the team members. Monitoring PI collection, Incoterms, ETD & ETA, Payment Issue, Customs clearing & forwarding etc. Any other task related with SCM & MS assigned by the authority.

 Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.  To analyze the product present market price.  Supporting the local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, and issuance of purchase order.  Procuring right products within the given time period and ensuring timely delivery at right place as per the requisition.  Maintaining liaison with the other departments to follow up the requisition and feedback of the delivery goods.  Ensuring the quality of the goods and materials purchased from the vendors.  Collecting delivery Challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.  Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.  Follow up receiving of goods and confirmation of payment.  Any other task assigned by the management.
